The theme this month as crafting cafe is Clean & Simple and this is my DT inspiration card using the seahorse image from LEJ designs.
I've embossed a panel with a retro circle embossing folder and cut a circle in it. I've then used distressed ink to colour some tissue paper and ripped it into strips to look like seaweed. The seahorse has been coloured with various shades of blue promarkers
